Perhaps the "local" food was prepared using "local" techniques, and we were visiting the medical facilities to have our stomachs pumped?
Thankfully, none of the above is true... simply a function of the advanced state of Egyptian cyberspace.
This is the server room for the small cafe that I am currently working in...
