Mer-man, Dad, mer-man!!!

With our Sabah itinerary squared, snorkeling was up first...
We caught a small boat out of the Jesselton jetty with an outfit called Scuba Junkies and headed out to the small islands immediately off KK... specifically Pulau Sapi and Pulau Gaya islands.

A sun drenched Heather, kicking it port side...

The morning swim was brilliant, tons of fish, great visibility, and warm waters.

Stopped off for lunch at Penang Point on the tip of Gaya island.

Heather is a fish, and easily crushed the "duck dive"...

The afternoon swim was also great, but an unexpected wind churned the sea, and lowered visibility considerably.
But come on, we are nitpicking details, tropical island, white sandy beaches, jungle backdrop, 72 degree water, not a lot to complain about.

We asked a fish to take a quick photo, like I said, everything here in Borneo are so nice and accommodating.
